I love to have everything cranberry when the holiday season rolls around these Cranberry Club Sliders are delicious and full of cranberry flavor.  Hawaiian slider rolls are layered with provolone cheese, ham, turkey, bacon and a delicious cranberry dijon sauce before getting brushed with butter, poppy seeds and minced onion.  These are baked until golden and melty and are a delicious dinner or appetizer. These are also a fabulous way to use up Thanksgiving leftovers.

I love it when the holidays roll around, all the seasonal flavors come out.  Everyone always goes crazy for pumpkin spice but I get excited for cranberry!  I love using cranberry sauce in my savory recipes it gives them such a slightly sweet and tart kick that always goes well with everything.

These Cranberry Sliders are one of my easy go-to dinners or lunch that I can just whip together quickly and I know everyone will love.  Just a few ingredients and a couple minutes and I have a delicious dinner or lunch for everyone. These are also great for parties and get-togethers.  They also make a great appetizer for holiday parties.

These Club Sliders are perfect all year round but I do love them the most during the holiday season.  You just layer provolone cheese, ham, turkey and bacon on soft slider buns.  They get topped with a delicious cranberry and dijon mustard sauce that is the perfect balance of sweet and savory and goes great with the salty meats. The tops of the buns get brushed with butter and poppy seeds and the whole thing gets baked until the cheese is melty.

This easy recipe is the perfect way to use up holiday leftovers.  They make a great perfect party food, such an easy appetizer.

These are so easy to customize to your family’s taste.  You can switch up the meats, switch up the cheese, spice it up.  You can truly make these your own with these simple ingredients.

This is also a great way to use any holiday meal leftovers you might have from Thanksgiving or Christmas.  Refresh those same old boring leftover turkey and ham sandwiches with these flavorful sliders.  I love slider recipes.

Next time you want a crowd-pleasing dinner, lunch or appetizer for the holiday season just whip together sliders and everyone will be happy!

Of course!! Use your favorite mix of deli meats.  I like to use turkey and ham because they go great with cranberry sauce and I usually have plenty of leftover thanksgiving turkey and ham around the holidays but this will work with your favorite deli meat.  This is also fabulous with chicken or leftover shredded chicken.

What should I serve this with?

I love these with a side salad but if you want a holiday-ish side to go with it my Loaded Cornbread Casserole is perfect!

Can I make this spicy?

You can add red pepper flakes, jalapenos, or pepperjack cheese to give this a kick. You can also add a pinch of broth sugar to the butter to add a little sweetness to the top of the buns.
