Cereals, candy, candy corn, Bugle chips, pretzels and caramel and peanut popcorn come together in a lighlty sweet coating to create one sweet and salty fabulous mix.

How to make Fall Chex Mix
- Full recipe below.
- To a large microwave safe bowl add your butter, brown sugar and vanilla extract.
- Melt in the microwave for 30-45 seconds until the butter is all melted.
- The bowl add your wheat chex, corn chex, pretzels and bugles.
- Toss to coat in the butter mixture.
- Microwave for 5 minutes stirring every minute.
- Once down pour out onto a parchment lined sheet to cool.
- Once cool add the reeses pieces, candy corn and pumpkins and caramel corn with peanuts.
- Toss to combine.
- Serve!
Ingredients you need
- Butter – This creates the buttery coating for this mix.
- Brown Sugar – This gives it a little caramel flavor.
- Vanilla Extract – You can also use vanilla paste if you like.
- Wheat Chex Cereal – I like that this gives it Fall colors.
- Corn Chex Cereal – You can also use rice cereal is you prefer.
- Mini Pretzel Twists – Pretzel sticks will also work or even peanut butter pretzel nuggets.
- Bugles Chips – This adds a bit of saltiness to the mix.
- Reeses Pieces Candy – These are such a great color for this Fall mix.
- Candy Corn and Pumpkins – These are so great and add sweetness to this mix.
- Caramel Corn with Peanuts (Cracker Jack) – This adds caramel corn and popcorn and brings a lot of flavor to this mix.
Can I use any other cereal?
Yes! You could use any flavor chex or you like or even Cheerios.
Can I skip the candy corn?
I know it is not everyone’s favorite candy so you can skip it, or add another Fall candy.
What can I add to this?
You can add any of your favorite candies to this mix, chocolate chips, peanut butter cups, Fall sprinkles, nuts anything you like!
How to store the leftovers?
Just store this in an airtight container for up to a week.
