These hoagie sliders are perfect all year round. You just layer provolone cheese, ham, salami and pepperoni on soft slider buns. The tops of the buns get brushed with butter and italian seasoning and they whole things gets baked until the cheesy is melty. Ingredients used for these easy italian sliders
- Hawaiian Rolls – You can use any slider buns or dinner rolls, but I like to use sweet Hawaiian rolls.
- Deli Ham – Use your favorite kind.
- Deli Salami – Whichever kind is your favorite. You can also use any combo of your favorite deli meats.
- Deli Pepperoni – I like to use the kind from the deli as the slices are larger.
- Provolone – You can also use mozzarella, swiss, or even cheddar.
- Butter – This is for the topping you can use salted or unsalted.
- Italian Seasoning – This gives the slider buns flavor. You could also use a little garlic powder.
- Lettuce – Iceberg stays crisper in the mix.
- Red Onion – I like to use red because it is milder.
- Banana Peppers – These add such a punch of flavor. I like to get the mild banana peppers. You could also use pepperoncini peppers.
- Roasted Red Peppers – These add great color and flavor to the mix.
- Mayo – Any kind you like.
- Italian Dressing – You want to use your favorite brand or even a submarine dressing.
How to make Italian Sub Sliders

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice the rolls in half and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Place 6 slices of provolone on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Next layer the ham, salami and pepperoni.
- Top with another layer of provolone cheese.
- Melt the butter in a small microwave safe bowl.
- Stir the italian seasoning into the melted butter.
- Brush the top of the rolls with the butter mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Meanwhile in a large bowl combine the lettuce, onion, banana peppers, roasted red peppers, mayo and italian dressing.
- Using scissors chop the lettuce mix in the bowl until it is chopped into small pieces.
- Place the lettuce mixture onto the bottom half of the rolls.
- Top with the top rolls.
- Slice and serve!
- Store leftover sliders in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

- ¼ pound deli ham
- ¼ pound deli salami
- ¼ pound deli pepperoni
- 12 slices provolone
- 3 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- Half of a small red onion, sliced
- ¼ cup banana peppers
- ¼ cup roasted red peppers
- 1 tablespoon mayo
- ¼ cup italian dressing
