This Slow Cooker Pumpkin Spice Latte is a fabulous Fall treat.  All the flavor of your favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte but made in the slow cooker enough for a crowd.  This is perfect for any get together.  Topped with whipped cream and cinnamon sprinkles everyone will love this.

I love the Fall and always look forward to when the coffee shops start selling those Pumpkin Spice Lattes.  There is nothing better than sitting out on the porch on a chilly evening with a steamy mug of coffee that smells like a fresh pumpkin pie. 

Now I do love hitting up the drive-thru and grabbing a latte but I also love making them at home and with this slow cooker recipe you can make enough for a crowd.  This would be perfect for those upcoming holidays.  It makes your house smell fabulous and everyone loves a nice, warm mug of this. 

I love that I can just throw everything in the slow cooker and set it and forget it and then my house just fills with the scent of pumpkin-spiced coffee. Better than any candle could ever smell.  

I love that you can customize this, add more pumpkin, more spices, top with whipped cream, caramel, cinnamon, anything you like!

Can I use any coffee?

Of course! Use your favorite brewed coffee, you can use decaf, flavored coffee whatever you prefer.  This also works great with cold brew coffee you can buy at the store. 

What can I top this with?

I like to serve this with whipped cream, caramel for drizzling, cinnamon for sprinkling, anything you like. 

How should I store this?
I would transfer this to an airtight container after it has cooled a bit and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Ingredients used

  • Brewed Coffee –   You can use regular or decaf coffee, even flavored if you prefer.
  • Milk – I like to use whole milk for a creamier flavor but use whatever you like to drink. 
  • Heavy Whipping Cream –  This adds a richness to the latte.
  • Pumpkin Puree – Make sure you are getting pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie mix.
  • Brown Sugar –  This adds sweetness to this coffee.
  • Vanilla – For flavor. 
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice – This is where the latte gets its pumpkin pie flavor. 
  • Whipped Topping – For the topping. 
  • Ground cinnamon for garnish- Optional before serving.

How to make this Slow Cooker Pumpkin Spice Latte

  1. FULL RECIPE BELOW
  2. Into your slow cooker place the coffee, milk, heavy whipping cream, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Whisk to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
  5. Serve in mugs, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. 
  6. Serve!

  • 5 cups brewed coffee
  • 4 cups milk
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Whipped topping
  • Ground cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Into your slow cooker place the coffee, milk, heavy whipping cream, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Whisk to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
  4. Serve in mugs, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. 
  5. Serve!

Notes

  • You can certainly make this with decaf coffee.
  • Add more sugar if you like. 
  • This is also great topped with a drizzle of caramel.
