Creamy Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's Organic Mayo
  • 4 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 Tbsp grated onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 baking potatoes baked and cooled

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except potatoes.
  2. Place the potato wedges in a dish.
  3. Spread the mayo mixture over the potatoes.
  4. Place the dish under the broiler until golden brown.
  5. Serve alongside your favorite summer dish!
