Can I use homemade popcorn chicken?

You can use your favorite homemade popcorn chicken if you like!

Can I use unbreaded fresh chicken?

You can cut up fresh chicken breasts or tenderloins and use them in place of the popcorn chicken if you prefer.  Just make sure the chicken does cook all the way through.

Can I spice this up?

You can add chili powder or red pepper flakes to the glaze for a little heat.

How to store the leftovers?

Just store this in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

What should I serve these with?

These would go great with honey bbq or honey mustard dipping sauce.
