INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken Tenderloins – You can use any boneless, skinless chicken for this.
  • Baby Potatoes – I like to use the baby potatoes because you can just slice them in half but you can also use larger potatoes and dice them up.
  • Oil  – Just a bit of oil to help the seasoning stick to the chicken and potatoes.
  • Paprika – This adds great color and flavor.
  • Poultry Seasoning –  I like to use the Kinders brand but season this up with whatever you like.
  • Butter –  This adds a little flavor and richness to the dish.
  • Garlic Cloves – Now you can never have enough garlic in a dish but the wing sauce has a lot of garlic flavor so you can skip the fresh garlic.
  • Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce – You buy this right in the grocery store either with the hot sauces or dressings.
  • Mozzarella –  This adds great creaminess and gooey cheesiness to the dish but use your favorite shredded cheese.
