Ingredients used
- Cooked, shredded chicken- You can boil chicken or use a rotisserie chicken or any leftover chicken you have on hand.
- Red onion- I like to use red onion for this as it is more mild and the flavor is really great. You can use scallions for a more subtle onion flavor.
- Celery- This adds a lot of crunch to this salad.
- Hardboiled eggs- These add such great flavor to the chicken salad.
- Mayonnaise- Use a good quality mayo that you like.
- Garlic salt- Garlic salt adds a great flavor and salt to the salad.
- Pepper- Just a bit for flavor.
- Crescent rolls- You need 2 eight count cans to make the carrot rolls.
- Parsley- This makes the carrot tops.
