Ingredients used
- Slider Buns – You can use any slider buns, but I like to use brioche buns. Hawaiian rolls are also perfect for this recipe. So you can use any slider rolls or hawaiian sweet rolls you like.
- Thin sliced chicken breast- You can use any boneless chicken you have on hand. This is also great for leftover chicken.
- Onion powder- For seasoning the chicken, you can use any seasonings you like but I love a little onions flavor on these.
- Garlic powder- You need this to season the chicken and for the butter topping to brush on the top of the sliders.
- Black pepper- To season the chicken. I like to use fresh cracked black pepper but you can use any you have on hand.
- Smoked paprika- This adds a great color and smoky flavor to the chicken.
- Cooked bacon- I like to keep things simple and use a precooked microwave bacon but you are more than welcome to fry up some fresh.
- Colby jack cheese- This is where you can really customize this sandwich and use any kind of cheese you like. Cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, gouda, anything your family likes. You just want a good melted cheese on this.
- Ranch dressing- This adds a great flavor to the sliders so use your favorite brand.
- Butter- You just need a little to brush the tops with to give them that nice browned top and to mix the seasonings in for the tops of the rolls.
- Dried parsley- This adds a little flavor and pop of color for the top of the sliders.
