Cheesy Ham & Egg Breakfast Sliders

Hey guys!! Summer is here! Time for potlucks and picnics and BBQs! These are all the get togethers you think of when summer rolls around.
I have a son so there are a few other summer get togethers like sleepovers that we have in the summer. I also like to do brunch in the summer, it’s cooler in the morning and we can have a great brunch and then go swimming.
Summer also means sandwiches and burgers galore and for that I always make sure when I am shopping at Kroger that I stock up on lots of Sargento® Cheese. I love their variety and how fresh it tastes. It melts perfectly over burgers and it is delicious on sandwiches.
I wanted to whip up quick and hearty breakfast sliders that would be perfect for those summer sleepovers or brunches.
These Cheesy Ham & Egg Breakfast Sliders fit the bill perfectly! They can even be made the night before!!
Sweet Hawaiian rolls are layered with Sargento® Ultra Thin Cheddar Slices, then fluffy scrambled eggs, thin sliced ham and more of that delicious Sargento® Cheddar.
The tops are placed on and then the whole pan gets coated in a mixture of melted butter, dijon mustard and syrup, yumm!!
I pop these into the oven for a few minutes just to melt the cheese and let that sauce absorb and then breakfast or brunch is ready!!

I love making these because they don’t heat up the kitchen very much, can feed a crowd and who doesn’t love a melty, cheesy sandwich?!
Summer around here just would not be complete without the convenience of Sargento® Sliced Cheese. It is pre-sliced and ready to use which saves this mama a ton of time and it is made from real, natural cheese so I feel good giving it to my family! (We go through A LOT of grilled cheese in the summer lol)
