There is nothing I love more an easy dinner that I can just throw in the slow cooker that everyone will love and these quesadillas fit the bill.

I love that I can just throw everything in the slow cooker and have a delicious, flavorful dinner that everyone really enjoys.  Whenever I find a dinner that everyone in my house loves that makes me so happy!  And for it to be in the slow cooker? That’s a big win!

The beef gets all tender, the veggies get perfectly soft before getting piled onto tortillas with plenty of melty cheese.

My favorite slow cooker for this recipe is this Hamilton Beach one.

Can I use any meat?

Yes, you can switch out the beef for chicken or pork, whichever your family prefers.  They all make delicious quesadillas and cook up perfectly in the slow cooker.

What else can I do with the beef mixture?

You can skip the quesadillas and use this meat in a variety of ways.  Make tacos, nachos or burrito bowls with this delicious beef.

Can I make this more spicy?

You can add red pepper flakes, jalapenos or serve this with sriracha to give this a kick.

Ingredients used

●Sirloin steak- You can also use flank steak or london broil.

● Garlic powder- you can also use fresh garlic.
● Onion powder- I like using Kinders caramelized onion.
● Smoked paprika- I like to use the smoked because it gives it a bit of smoky flavor.
