These Slow Cooker Brisket Sliders are full of flavor!  Brisket is slow cooked until tender in bbq sauce and red onions.  It gets shredded up and piled on brioche slider buns with crispy onions, tangy pickles and melty gouda cheese.  These are topped with a little onion butter and baked until golden brown.  These are always a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 2 pound brisket
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  6. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  7. Place the bottom half of the slider buns in a 9x13 baking dish. 
  8. Place half the gouda cheese on the bottom buns.
  9. Pile the shredded brisket on top of the cheese.
  10. Top the brisket with the crispy fried onions.
  11. Top with pickles, optional.
  12. Add the remaining cheese slices on top and top with the top buns.
  13. In a small microwave safe bowl melt the butter with the minced dried onion and parsley.
  14. Brush over the top of the slider buns.
  15. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the tops of the buns are golden and the cheese is melty. 
  16. Serve!
