Can I use any cookies?

Yes!  I like to use the chocolate sandwich cookies but you can use the golden vanilla variety, vanilla wafers or even crumbled cake.

Can I serve this in something else besides cups?

Of course!  They are perfect for seeing all the layers but you can also use wide mouth mason jars or these little buckets. Get them here —>  Buckets

Can I use any pudding in these dessert cups?

Yes you can use any flavor, I suggest using the white chocolate flavor or cheesecake flavor because they dye the best but you can use vanilla flavor too.

INGREDIENTS USED

● Chocolate sandwich cookies- Like oreos or any other chocolate sandwich cookies.  You could also use the golden oreos if you like. You need these for the oreo crumbs layer.

● Milk-  You use this milk to make the pudding so use whatever milk your family prefers.
● Instant white chocolate pudding mix-  You could also use the cheesecake flavor.  Both of these flavors are white so the color mixes in very well.
● Whipped topping-  Just a tub of thawed cool whip is all you need.
● Patriotic sprinkles- You can find red, white and blue sprinkles at any grocery store this time of year.
● Gummy stars-  I found these at Target in their 4th of July section. You could also use red and blue gummy worms.
● Red and blue food coloring-  I prefer to use the red dye gel food coloring and blue dye gel coloring as it gives you a deeper more vibrant color.

● Disposable cups-  You want the 9 ounce clear disposable cups, I find them at any grocery store.
