How can I spice this up?

Super easy to add a little spice to this dish!  You can jalapenos, red pepper flakes or even green chiles.

What is the best pasta for this?

I like using a fun rotini but any short pasta like shells or penne would be great!  My kid love it with bowtie noodles!

Can I use any protein?

You can use ground turkey or chicken if you like.
