Ingredients used

  • Granulated sugar- Any sweet treat needs sugar!
  • Brown sugar- Helps give the brownies a rich flavor and soft texture.
  • Vanilla extract- For flavoring.
  • Eggs- The extra egg yolks give these brownies a nice richness.
  • Butter- You can use salted butter or unsalted butter.
  • Semisweet chocolate chips- You need to use semi-sweet chocolate chips I would not recommend using milk chocolate chips.
  • Vegetable oil-  This helps the brownies stay moist and chewy.
  • All-purpose flour-  Just a bit for these fudgy brownies.
  • Cocoa powder-  Unsweetend cocoa powder is what this recipe calls for.
  • Sweetened condensed milk- This is for the ganache on top.
  • Green candy melts-  These give the brownies that classic green top.
  • Rainbow chocolate chips-  No cosmic brownie is complete without those classic rainbow chips.
