Turkey Bacon Ranch Melts are your new favorite sandwich!! Melty cheese, crispy bacon, turkey and ranch all warm and tucked into a buttery croissant.
There is nothing I love more an easy lunch that can also be a quick dinner. These sandwich melts are just that! Delicious, easy and quick!
I love that I can just throw these together and have a delicious, flavorful lunch or dinner that everyone really enjoys. Who doesn’t love sandwiches with bacon and melty cheese.
These sandwiches come together with bacon and turkey layered into flaky mini croissants with melty cheese and everyone’s favorite ranch!
I love that you can customize this to your family’s taste, add jalapenos for spice, ham instead of turkey, any cheese you like, the possibilities are endless.
Can we also take a minute to talk about how budget-friendly this dinner is? Everyone is feeling the pinch with the grocery prices right now and you can’t get much cheaper than sandwiches but instead of boring cold sandwiches make these melty ones. This is a fabulous lunch or dinner when you are trying to save a few pennies.
Next time you want a family-friendly lunch even the pickiest kids will love throw these ingredients together and make the best sandwiches ever!
My favorite thing about these melts is I can make a bunch ahead of time and keep them in the fridge or the freezer and then just warm one up in the morning to throw in a lunchbox or even for the perfect after school snack while doing homework and let me tell you, one of these sandwiches with some mac & cheese or little salad and you have one super-fast dinner for those ultra-busy nights when you just can’t even think about cooking!
