Hey yall!!  Woo it has been a busy week around here I just cannot seem to catch up!!  When my week gets crazy busy dinner can seem impossible! All I want to do is pick up the phone and dial in some pizza, so I love to have a stockpile of easy meals that I can whip up quicker than the pizza guy can ring my doorbell.

So I was so excited when I discovered these Imagine® Organic Culinary Simmer Sauces!  They sounded delicious and their Plan in a Pan motto reeled me in!  Dinner in no time?!  I had to try these out for myself!


I started with the Louisiana Creole simmer sauce because my husband is from Louisiana so it sounded perfect!  I knew mixing the simmer sauce with some shrimp and cream would make a wonderful dinner on top of fettuccine to make Creamy Creole Shrimp Fettuccine.


I just browned up some shrimp.


Added the simmer sauce and cooked it for about 5 minutes.


Added in 1/2 cup of cream and that was that!!


It just needed some fettuccine noodles and dinner was ready!


I could not believe how quick it was to whip together!

Now the important part!  How did it taste?  Amazing!  Delicious!  Outstanding!!  It was fabulous and all I had to do to achieve this flavor packed meal was open a pouch, everything was already in there!  I was blown away!  Not only was I in and out of the kitchen in minutes but was able to bring a 5 star dinner to the table thanks to Imagine® Simmer Sauces.

Creamy Creole Shrimp Fettuccine with Imagine® Organic Culinary Simmer Sauces


  • 1 pound peeled de-veined shrimp
  • Imagine Louisiana Creole Simmer Sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream or half and half
  • 1 pound fettuccine


  1. Brown your shrimp lightly in your sauce pan
  2. Meanwhile bring a pot of water for your fettuccine to boil and add pasta
  3. Add your simmer sauce to the shrimp.
  4. Add your cream to the sauce and shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve the shrimp and sauce over the pasta and enjoy!!


I cannot wait to try the other flavors….
