One of my favorite things about this recipe is it uses common ingredients.

S’mores have become synonymous with fall for a reason – they are warm, cozy, and comforting. The combination of chocolate with the sweetness of marshmallow creates a delicious flavor profile that appeals to many taste buds. The rich, creamy texture of the latte pairs perfectly with the bold espresso, making it a delightful treat to enjoy on a crisp autumn day. It’s perfect with the marshmallow topping and sprinkling of graham crackers. This easy recipe uses simple ingredients and you can make this right at home! But it’s not just the taste that makes s’mores frappes so beloved. There’s something special about sipping on a cup of this seasonal beverage that evokes feelings of nostalgia and anticipation. Whether you’re walking through a pumpkin patch, snuggled up by the fire, or simply watching the leaves change colors, a s’mores drink somehow seems to enhance the experience, making it even more magical. This is the best part! You can use your favorite milk! I use vanilla creamer but you can use milk and a little vanilla extract to suit your preference. INGREDIENTS

  • Brewed coffee- Cooled.  You want to make sure your coffee is cooled off so it does not immediately melt all your ice. You can use any coffee you like drinking.  This is also a great recipe to use cold brew coffee.
  • Vanilla creamer- This gives the drink a rich vanilla sweetness that mimics a marshmallow flavor.
  • Heavy whipping cream- This is for the marshmallow whipped topping.
  • Marshmallow cream- This gives the drink it’s marshmallow flavor and is used for the marshmallow topping.
  • Hot fudge- For drizzling.  This is where the chocolate element comes in, I like to use a hot fudge ice cream topping but you can use any chocolate syrup you like.
  • Sugar- You can use white granulated sugar, warm things up with some brown sugar or use a sugar substitute or keto sweetener. You could even use a simple syrup if you like.
  • Ice- I like to use crushed ice to make the blending easier and to get that
frappuccino consistency for this copycat starbucks smores frappuccino.
  • Crushed graham crackers for garnish, optional-  Top this with a sprinkle of crushed graham cracker just like the starbucks version
