You can!  Just use diet versions of the soda to cut the calories.

If you are an adult a splash of pineapple rum is delicious in this!  You could add lime slices to jazz it up.

Mountain Dew-  You can also use diet mountain dew. Mountain Berry Powerade- You have to get this flavor to make the drink taste like it is supposed to.
Sprite- You can also use diet Sprite.

Gather your ingredients.

   3. Fill the glass almost halfway with Powderade.
   4. Next add an equal amount of Mountain Dew.
   5. Top the glass off with Sprite.
   6. Give it a quick mix and you have yourself a homemade Baja Blast.

• Mountain Berry Powerade
• Sprite

Instructions

1. Fill your glass up with ice.
2. Fill the glass almost halfway with Powderade.
