Hey guys!! So I know I promised you a super yummy recipe that screams fall made easy with Martha White Baking Mixes! My mom used to make these super yummy french breakfast puffs, and they are dipped in melted butter and rolled in cinnamon and sugar and they are amazing!! However, the original recipe calls for making the puffs from scratch and I don’t always have time/want to make them from scratch. So when we want a sweet delicious breakfast I head to my pantry and grab a little help from Martha White. Now the base for the original is a light sweet plain base but I like making them with a muffin base to add some extra flavor. Martha White’s Sweet Potato Muffin Mix is the perfect base for these Cinnamon Sugar Puffs. The sweet potato flavor is the perfect thing to add that fall flavor to an already delicious treat. The Sweet Potato Muffin Mix saves me some steps and time in the kitchen, I just whip up the mix according to the directions, pop them into mini muffins tins and bake! Then all I have to do is roll them in cinnamon sugar while they are still warm from the oven. Served warm these are spectacular!! But even room temperature they are impossible to resist. These are such a fabulous thing to serve at breakfast and I know they will be making an appearance at my Christmas breakfast table but these also are great to take to parties, serve at parties or just make to have around the house, but they won’t last long I promise!! You can make these Cinnamon Sugar Sweet Potato Puffs the east way too. Next time you are shopping at Kroger make sure to grab Martha White Sweet Potato Muffin Mix. In fact stock up on all the Martha White Baking Mixes. They are my go to for anything from a cornmeal breading for my fried fish, cornbread alongside my slow cooker chili or any of the amazing quick muffins! So take a little help in the kitchen and make these puffs, your family will thank you!
