Slow Cooker Cranberry Pineapple Ham is the perfect holiday ham! Festive flavors and it cooks up beautifully in the slow cooker!
This Cranberry Pineapple Ham is going to be your new favorite holiday ham!
I know turkey is big around the holidays but I am always there for the ham. It is actually one of my favorite parts. However, it can be a pain trying to find room/time for another thing to go into the oven. That is where the beauty of this recipe comes in, it uses your slow cooker!
That’s right just pop your ham in your slow cooker, and forget about it till dinner time. You will have a perfectly heated through glazed ham that is moist and perfect for your Thanksgiving table!
Now please do not stress and send me a thousand comments about the quantities in the recipe. It is very versatile and can be adjusted to your taste. You cannot mess this up!
So easy, so gorgeous, so delicious and let me tell you the leftovers make a killer sandwich. But my favorite thing to do it to make this ham for Christmas Eve and use the leftovers for ham biscuits the next morning, yum!
Of course, how could I share this recipe without talking about how delicious it is! The flavors in this ham just invoke the holiday season. Pineapple and cranberry blend together to create the perfect balance of taste. Did I mention that your house will smell fabulous while this is cooking?
This ham is tender and always cooks perfectly. It is fabulous the day of cooking but of course the leftovers make amazing sandwiches. I love using leftover ham to make these Ham and Swiss Croissants.
I can’t wait for the holidays so I can make this ham and can’t wait for you to try it, I know it will soon become a Christmas tradition in your family too, it is just too perfect for the holiday season.

Can I bake this in an oven?
You sure can! Just follow the oven instructions on the ham you buy for oven temp and time.
Can I freeze the leftovers?
Yup! Freeze the leftovers to pop into things like breakfast bakes and soups! So delicious in soup!
Can I prep this ahead of time?
You can either prep the whole thing and pop it into the slow cooker the next day or mix together the glaze ingredients the night before and just pour it over the ham when you’re ready to cook.
Can I use an unsliced ham?
Of course! Again just follow the package instructions to make sure you cook it long enough.
Can I use pineapple tidbits or chunks?
You can, the pineapple won’t stick as well as crushed but the flavor will still be there.
Can I substitute honey for brown sugar?
Yup Yup! Ham loves anything sweet so honey is a great sub for brown sugar.
Can I leave out the brown sugar?
Sure! If sweeter ham isn’t your thing feel free to leave it out, it will still be delicious!
Can I use homemade cranberry sauce?
This is a perfect use for any leftover cranberry sauce you made.

This is my kind of recipe! Easy and delicious!!!
Thanks for the recipe. It’s perfect way to prepare ham when you have a buffet with multiple hot items and oven space is lacking.
I just had to pin this recipe, it looks so yummy! Thanks for sharing! ~ Terrie
I have not heard of ham in the crock pot but this sounds great. Love it when you can put things in a slow cooker. I am thinking about doing this for our Christmas party. It would make things easier.
Thanks for the recipe,
Bev
I’m thinking great alternative for Thanksgiving turkey! Sounds delicious and couldn’t be easier to put together. Love the idea of putting it in the crockpot and letting it do its thing, while I enjoy the day! Featured this week on Busy Monday! Thanks for sharing.
derlishhhhhhhhh!!! Thank you for sharing at the Thursday Favorite Things blog hop. Watch for your feature on Monday xo
Cranberry pineapple, now that’s a cool seasonal combination. Pinned. Thanks for bringing this to Weekend Bites.
This sounds like it would be delicous..how much dijon mustard do you “Guess” you use. I don’t normally use or have dijon mustard in my refrigerator or pantry. When you say small can of crushed pineapple, I’m assuming you mean the 8 oz?
I would guess about 2-3 Tablespoons of mustard, if you prefer yellow mustard just go ahead and use what you have on hand, this is a very forgiving recipe and can be altered to your taste. I am awful with can sizes lol, but I believe you are correct it was an 8 oz can :)
Im allergic to cranberries. Id like to try this with cherries. But im nit sure what type to buy. What would you suggest? And you said to let cook on low and then the next step you said to turn it to low. Did you mean high the first time? Lol
Oh my goodness, yes I meant to turn it to warm after cooking it on low lol! I would suggest using any other kind of fruit jam or jelly, perhaps a cherry preserve or cherry jam would work well for you :) Thanks for stopping by :)
Do you have to use mustard? I have no problem with it but my husband hates it. Is there an alternative?
You do not have to use the mustard at all :)
Hi thanks for your recipe. It sounds delicious. Just wondering when you say
fully cooked sliced ham, do you mean it is already cooked and sliced before you buy it ? Do you need any liquid in the slow pot ? Have just bought pot so I am a bit nervous of it. Is it cooked on slow all the time ? Look forward to your reply.
Yes, just a fully cooked sliced ham will work. The cranberry and pineapple make enough liquid and it is cooked on slow the whole time since it just needs to warm through. Thanks for stopping by, I hope you enjoy it!
I have only found a brown sugar glazed spiral ham. Do you think that would work or should I search harder for plain?
It should be fine! It might be just a touch sweeter but you can adjust the recipe to tone down the sweetness some!
Thank you!
