Back to school with Bold Bites!
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Foster Farms for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.
Hey guys!!!! Is it back to school in your neck of the woods yet? It is here!! I love this time of year, I love getting back into routine, I love back to school shopping and I love that Fall is right around the corner!
Now just because I love getting back into routine does not mean that it is easy!! Now that Dean is older there are more after school activities, some before school activities, I still have a crazy terrible twos toddler to take care of all day. Then there are the nights, full of baths, homework, oh and dinner!
While I was at Target filling my basket with pencils, folders, paper, glue and blunt tipped scissors (thank goodness for those lol) I decided to head over the grocery section and see what lunch box goodies I could find to kind of break up the monotony of lunch. I found these Foster Farms Bold Bites. Oh my goodness guys I got way too excited about these in the middle of the store lol (too much Starbucks maybe lol)
These Bold Bites are amazing!! They are whole chicken breast meat, cooked, chopped and flavored all in individual packages all ready for whatever you need them for!! They are ready to go straight out of the bag, the possibilities are endless. As are the flavors it seems! They come in mouth watering flavors like Caribbean Jerk, Cajun, Parmesan Garlic, Korean BBQ and Chile Verde!!!
Oh and one of the best parts? They have no nitrates/ nitrites/ artificial colors/ flavors. Amazing right?!
So many lunch ideas started running through my head for me and the kids!! These are something everyone in my family will love! I was most excited about the Korean BBQ flavor as Korean BBQ is one of my favorite dinners. I picked up all the flavors of course!
I wanted to make Dean a lunch for school that was a little more than the same old PB&J so I seasoned some rice with soy sauce and scallions and packed him a packet of the Korean BBQ Bold Bites. He can eat them separately or add the chicken to the rice for a truly spectacular lunch that I made in just minutes!!
He loved it! His lunch box was empty when he came home which is always a mom score!!
I am making sure to keep my fridge stocked with all the flavors this back to school season. They are going to be so helpful for quick diners, fast lunch for myself or the boys, my husband can just grab them as a protein fill snack. They are saving me so much time and they are delicious!!
I seriously cannot tell you enough to go now and get these! You will thank me later!
