How to Make Strawberry Cool Whip Candy

It is always gone before I know it!  This Strawberry Cool Whip Candy is so easy and only 3 ingredients!  Cool whip, strawberry candy melts and almond bark! You can decorate these with any sprinkles you like for a fabulously festive delicious candy everyone loves.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
  • 24 ounces strawberry flavored pink candy melts
  • 1 pound almond bark
  • Red and pink sprinkles

Instructions

  1. To a large bowl add your whipped topping and set aside.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl melt your strawberry candy in 30 second intervals until smooth and melted.
  3. Set aside to cool slightly.
  4. Line an 8x8 dish with parchment paper.
  5. Stir the melted strawberry chocolate into the whipped topping and stir until combined.
  6. Pour the candy into the prepared pan and smooth out until even.
  7. Place in the freezer for 1 hour up to overnight.
  8. In microwave safe dish in 30 second intervals melt your almond bark.
  9. Remove the candy from the freezer and cut into 20 equal pieces.
  10. Using 2 forks dip into the white chocolate and place onto a parchment lined tray.
  11. Immediately sprinkle with sprinkles.
  12. Repeat with all the squares.
  13. Let set up in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  14. Serve!
