Hey guys!! The holidays are here and after all the turkey and ham and turkey and ham I bet you are ready for something a little different.

I love making Fried Cabbage and Bacon and it is even tastier when you add in No Yolk Noodles, my favorite! But I wanted to slip into something a little more delicious and add an extra pop of flavor, a little spice.

Jalapeños add just the perfect kick that goes great with the smoky bacon and cabbage.

This is a fabulous quick night dinner as is or you can serve it with some chicken for a hearty dinner.

P.S You can leave out the jalapeños if you have kiddos or just don’t like spicy. You can also substitute chopped green chiles for a milder flavor.
