- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts – You can also use boneless skinless thighs if you like.
- Garlic Salt – For flavoring, you can also use fresh garlic if you like.
- Dried Onion – You can substitute fresh chopped onion if you like.
- Black Pepper – I like to use fresh ground but any will work.
- Chicken Stock – Low sodium will help keep the sodium down.
- Cream of Chicken Soup – You could substitute this for cream of mushroom or cream of celery.
- Carrots – You can use matchstick carrots or slice them into coins, you could even use frozen if you prefer.
- Butter – Give this dish a richness.
- Peas – You can use frozen or canned if you like.
- Frozen Noodles – I only use the Reames one found in the freezer section.
How to make Slow Cooker Chicken and Noodles
- Place your chicken breasts in your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle over the garlic salt, minced dried onion and black pepper.
- Into the slow cooker add the chicken stock, cream of chicken soup, sliced carrots and butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Remove the chicken and shred.
- To the slow cooker add the frozen noodles, shredded chicken and peas.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and continue to cook another 1 ½ to 2 hours until the noodles are cooked through.
- Serve!

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon minced dried onion
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 (10.5) ounce cans cream of chicken soup
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 (24 ounce) bag frozen noodles (I used Reames)

- Place your chicken breasts in your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle over the garlic salt, minced dried onion and black pepper.
