I love everything about the holidays, the family, the excitement, the decorating and the food!  Holiday food is the best!  Now I do not mind slaving over a big Christmas dinner but for the weeks before when you have parties to host, unexpected guests to entertain I want to have fun and visit, not be in the kitchen the whole time.

So I prepare for the holiday season by heading to Wal-mart and stocking my freezer with some essentials to help me get through the holiday rush.  Family size Stouffer’s Lasagna and Macaroni and Cheese, Digorno Pizza and Edy’s Ice Cream make my life easier during this busy time.  The best part is, these meals are delicious and you can make them look gorgeous.  Your guests will think you have a team of elves helping you whip out this amazing food in no time!

So when your out of town guests show up early pull out Stouffer’s Family Size Lasagna with meat sauce, serve it on a pretty plate with a sprinkle of red and green bell pepper and warm up some bread sticks and you have a hearty meal to warm your weary travelers.
