Hey y’all!!! It is football season! That means the season when your house gets overrun by lots of hungry dudes yelling at your TV. Of course that also means I am in charge of snacks when it comes to the big game.
I don’t mind since I always keep a few staples on hand like Tyson Chicken Strips and Ballpark Flame Grilled Patties, with them I can whip up a an awesome game day spread before kickoff.
While I am not the biggest football fan, I am a fan of football grub and I of course also love to entertain, so give me a football game and I’ll go all out on snacks! I’ll cheer for touchdowns if it means I get to munch on some delicious game day snacks.
That is why I love “homegating” so much! The men can watch their game while I relax in the kitchen (maybe with some wine). Homegating is the best, you can create great food right in your own kitchen and then eat it on your comfy sofa!
Since you never know when a little game could turn into a huge crowd gathered in your den I love to shop at Sam’s Club for easy food I can keep on hand for just the occasion. I also like to create dishes that everyone can put together quickly without missing a minute of the game!
Ballpark Flame Grilled Patties are a life saver because they are precooked and heat up in just minutes.
I love using them to make my Crunchy BBQ Baked Bean Burgers. These burgers were born out of mine and my mother’s love of dipping our potato chips in baked beans. I just set out the burgers and then whenever the crew is ready they can top them with BBQ sauce, baked beans, crispy onions and potato chips. These burgers are so delicious and the crunch really takes them to the next level. Plus what is better than having your burger and your chips and your baked beans all in one bite!!
Crunchy BBQ Baked Bean Burgers

- Top each burger with cheese.
- Spread a little bbq sauce on the bun.
- Place the burger on the bun and top with spoonful of baked beans.

I also like to set out the fixins for some quick Spicy Chicken Wraps. Tyson Chicken Strips bake up to crispy perfection in minutes and are wonderful on there own dipped in ranch or honey mustard.
If your hungry homegaters are looking for something more portable that they can grab during a commercial break then these wraps are it! A little taco sauce goes down the bottom of a tortilla with some pepperjack cheese, then your chicken strips and a little lettuce complete these delicious wraps!
I love having these recipes on hand because they get me in and out of the kitchen fast, get a great homegating spread on the table in no time and everyone loves them!
So see a great game day spread is never out of your reach as long as you head to Sam’s Club and make sure to get plenty of Ballpark Flame Grilled Burgers and Tyson Crispy Strips. Sam’s Club is where I do all my homegating shopping, their prices keep my wallet happy and their amazing products save me so much time!
