Ingredients used for these chocolate cherry cordials

  • Stemless maraschino cherries-  If you get cherries with stems no biggie, just pop them off before starting the recipe.
  • Powdered sugar- Gives the filling it’s melt in your mouth consistency.
  • Butter- For the filling, gives it a rich flavor.
  • Light corn syrup- Helps the filling come together and have a soft texture.
  • Chocolate bark- I like to use chocolate bark for dipping but you can also use white almond bark. I like a rich dark chocolate for them sometimes.
  • Red candy melts- For decorating the tops, you can also use sprinkles.
  • Green candy melts- For decorating the tops, you can also use sprinkles
