Cheesy Latin Veracruz Chicken with Imagine® Organic Culinary Simmer Sauce

Hey yall!!! I am back with another great recipe you can make with Imagine® Organic Culinary Simmer Sauces. I already shared with you how to make this amazing Creamy Creole Shrimp Pasta and this week I am going to show you how you can use the delicious Latin Veracruz Sauce to make Cheesy Latin Chicken, yum!!
I still cannot get over how easy Imagine® Organic Culinary Simmer Sauces are in making fabulous dinners that taste like they’ve cooked all day. I love their Plan in a Pan motto and I truly can have dinner ready in one pan!
I decided to use their Latin Veracruz Simmer Sauce to cook a few chicken breasts in. It smelled so good while cooking and I knew we were in for a treat!!
I browned the chicken.
Added the sauce.
I let the chicken and sauce cooked together for a few.
Added some shredded cheddar and crispy tortilla chips.
Dinner was ready in a snap!
I served this delicious chicken over white rice and dinner was served!
It was fabulous!! The sauce was so flavorful and I could not believe I got this on the table in mere minutes!
Cheesy Latin Veracruz Chicken with Imagine® Organic Culinary Simmer Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Pouch Imagine Organic Latin Veracruz Simmer Sauce
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Tortilla Strips
- Cooked white rice
Instructions
- Brown the chicken till cooked through.
- Add the Imagine Organic Latin Veracruz Simmer Sauce.
- Cook together for 5 minutes.
- Top with shredded cheddar and tortilla chips.
- Serve ontop of white rice.
