Pepper Steak Stuffed Bell Peppers
Do you want to try something different but easy for dinner? How about stuffing bell peppers with Tai Pei Peppered Steak?
Ingredients
- 2 or 3 Bell Peppers, Green, Yellow, Red or a combination of all three!Make sure bell peppers can stand on its own
- Tai Pei Peppered Steak
Instructions
- Cut the tops off bell peppers, discard seeds and membranes.
- Set aside bell peppers and top parts.
- Cook Tai Pei Pepper Steaks for three minutes only. (It will finish
- cooking in the oven)
- Spoon and divide contents into bell peppers and place in a baking pan. Add a few strips of shredded carrots.
- Put tops back and bake in a 360 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Notes
For three or more people, try mixing up a few varieties Tai Pei flavors like Beef and Broccoli, Orange Chicken and General Tso’s Spicy Chicken.
We just had the General Tso Chicken this week (along side their amazing shrimp egg rolls) and it was such a delicious dinner we all enjoyed!! It tasted so fresh and the chicken was big hunks of white meat chicken, we loved it!!
