I grabbed up some of their Bold meat and cheese and made this delicious Spicy Chicken Taco Flatbread.  It is amazing!  All the yum of a Spicy Chicken Taco but as a sandwich!  You can top it with all your favorite taco toppings.  Serve it on flatbread or you can even serve it on a flour tortilla as pictured.

Boar’s Head also has a new Bold Fiery Chipotle Gourmaise which I mixed with a little sour cream to make a killer spread for my sandwich.

Spicy Chicken Taco Flatbread

Servings: 1

Difficulty: Easy

Prep Time: 5 minutes

 Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon Guacamole, prepared
• 1 tablespoon Boar’s Head Brand Chipotle Gourmaise_™
• 1 Flatbread or Flour Tortilla
• 4 slices Boar’s Head Brand Chipotle Chicken Breast
• 2 slices Boar’s Head Brand 3 Pepper Colby Jack_® Cheese
• Lettuce, shredded
• Tomato, diced

 Instructions:

1. Mix guacamole and Chipotle Gourmaise.
2. Spread mixture on flatbread.
3. Add Chipotle Chicken breast and 3 Pepper Colby Jack.
4. Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomato.
