Pumpkin Cheesecake Gingerbread Yogurt Parfait

Hey guys!!!  Can you smell the fall in the air?  I can!!  I love it!  Fall is my favorite season, the leaves, the chilly air, the quilts, sweaters and boots coming out of hibernation and of course all those delicious fall favorites!

Pumpkin is of course a huge flavor for fall and it is one of my favorites!  That’s why I am so glad I picked up some of these Yoplait seasonal flavors and my favorite Pumpkin Cheesecake Greek 100 Whips!!  I got mine at Walmart when I was doing my weekly shopping and I love that they always have these super popular flavors in stock!

Now I love to eat these right out of the container while I sit on the porch and listen the crunchy leaves fall from their trees, but these are also great to use in recipes.

Yogurt can be used in so many ways like in pancakes or muffins or my favorite parfaits!

My Pumpkin Cheesecake Gingerbread Yogurt Parfaits are a snap to make, so delicious and just embodies all those warm fall flavors!

Gingerbread Pumpkin Yogurt Parfait

I just whip up a box mix gingerbread (feel free to make homemade, but I take all the shortcuts I can lol!).


Next I just crumble some down the bottom of a mason jar and layer Yoplait Pumpkin Cheesecake Greek 100 Whips, and repeat.

I finish it off with a dollop of whipped cream and you have a delicious dessert that won’t make you feel too guilty!

Pumpkin and gingerbread are a match made in heaven and using Yoplait for the creamy element in this parfait trims calories and time off of this scrumptious treat!

Pumpkin Cheesecake Gingerbread Yogurt Parfait


  • Yoplait Pumpkin Cheesecake Whips
  • Gingerbread, homemade or storebought
  • Whipped topping


  1. Prepare the gingerbread according to box direction or your recipe.
  2. Let cool then crumble.
  3. Place a layer of gingerbread and a layer of Pumpkin Cheesecake Yoplait in a mason jar and repeat till full.
  4. Top with the whipped topping and a few more crumbles and serve!!


This dessert is so easy to make but can be a real showstopper to serve to guests or just to keep in your fridge anytime you want a little bite of fall.

I love using yogurt in recipes just as much as I love eating it and Yoplait is always my go to.  They have the best flavors and I can always find my favorite flavors at Walmart!
