Hey guys!! Easter is just around the corner. It’ll be hopping here before we know it! I already
have seen the stores stocked full of amazing Easter goodies and decor.
I was in Walmart the other day and had to pick up some Easter goodies. They have everything
you need for Easter, like candy, eggs, adorable decor – anything you can think of!
I love that Walmart is a one-stop-shop for everything I need for Easter, especially candy for
Easter baskets. They have a huge selection. That Easter brunch ham, you can get that right there
too. Why go anywhere else when Walmart has it all, and is such a time and money saver?
I like that I can save even more time with their Online Grocery Pickup. It makes shopping so
easy when you have a car full of kids.
Speaking of kids, I make sure to get all their Easter favorites like REESE’S Eggs and Cadbury
Eggs.
No Easter basket or Easter Egg hunt would be complete without these! REESE’S Eggs are the
perfect combination of peanut butter and chocolate and you can get them in so many varieties
now! There is something for everyone.
Of course, we can't forget the classic Cadbury Eggs. These are my all-time favorite! I also like
to grab a couple bags of the Mini Eggs. Not only are these delicious, but the Mini Shimmer Eggs
look gorgeous on your Easter table.
I love to keep my Easter table simple yet gorgeous with some decorative eggs, a few Easter
decorations and some floral. Just simple and bright so I can really highlight my tiered tray full of
Easter candies.
We do an Easter Egg hunt and baskets for the kids every year but having a tiered tray full of
candy is great for the rest of your guests not participating in the Easter Egg Hunt or for anyone who wants some of their favorite candy.
Thanks to Walmart’s selection, I can keep this tray stocked with sweetness. I love how pretty it
is.
One of the fun things my kids and I like to do is decorate REESE’S Eggs. I simply melt some
decorating chocolate and pipe it onto the eggs. It’s just as much fun as dying eggs but much
tastier!
This year I decided to add their monograms to the eggs and decorate a quick Easter basket cake
with them. I baked a bundt cake, frosted it and coated it in coconut (tip: coconut hides all the
cake imperfections) then I added a handle from an old basket and voila! Adorable, quick and
easy Easter Basket cake that I filled with candy.
Not only is it delicious, but it makes for a stunning centerpiece on Easter!
