This Starbucks Pink Drink is refreshing and delicious!

Everyone loves the Pink Drink from Starbucks but did you know you can recreate it at home with just 3 ingredients!! This Copycat Starbucks Pink Drink tastes exactly like it and you can make it home for pennies a cup. So save money and time and recreate your favorite drink right at home!

We all know how popular Starbucks is and for good reason, their drinks are delicious! While I love a good coffee or frappucino like anyone there are sometimes when I just want something refreshing and their Pink Drink always fits the bill.

This copycat starbucks pink drink recipe uses fruit juice and creamy coconut milk to make this homemade starbucks.

Their pink drink is a flavorful creamy pink drink with the flavors of strawberries and coconut milk.  The mix together creates an addicting fruity drink you will love. Now it is also no secret that Starbucks is not the most budget-friendly place so I love recreating their fabulous drinks at home for pennies!  This drink only has three ingredients and makes a ton! You can make pink drinks all week longer for cheaper than one costs at the drive-thru!

I love this because it is totally customizable right at home.  You can add fresh strawberries or the freeze dried ones, toss in some frozen dragon fruit, add as much ice as you like.  You can even play around with the ratios, maybe you want yours more coconutty or less, totally up to you.

If you are a fan of the pink drink then with a few simple ingredients you can enjoy this refreshing drink on a hot summer day.

I like to make a large cup of this Starbucks Pink Drink and sip on it all day, it is so flavorful and always hits the spot.  My kids love it too! With so many drinks at Starbucks having caffeine I love that I am able to recreate my kid’s favorite caffeine drink right at home.  They do love the Starbucks cups so I just grab a couple of cups of water from Starbucks when I’m there and then use them to fill up with this homemade Pink Drink.  This is such a great drink for everyone in the family.

If you’re anything like me, you know how easy it is to blow $5 or more on a Starbucks run without even thinking about it. And while I do love my coffee, there’s something about that bright, fruity, creamy Pink Drink that always hits the spot especially on a hot day. It’s refreshing, a little indulgent, and let’s be honest… it’s just really cute. But here’s the thing: you can make it at home in minutes with just three ingredients and it tastes exactly like the one from Starbucks.

This Copycat Starbucks Pink Drink is one of my favorite warm-weather treats, and it’s become a total staple in our house. My kids are obsessed (it’s caffeine-free!), I love that it’s budget-friendly, and I can customize it however I want. Want more coconut flavor? Less sweet? Extra strawberries? Done. This drink is totally adjustable, takes almost no time, and costs pennies compared to the real thing.

I promise your whole family will love this Copycat Starbucks Pink Drink.

You can!  Now to get it closest to a true Starbucks Copycat you will want to use the cranberry strawberry blend juice but if you want you can use

  • Strawberry lemonade (sweeter)

  • Cran-raspberry or cranberry-pineapple (a little tangier)

  • Any strawberry-based juice blend

What kind of coconut milk can I use?

I use sweetened coconut milk but you can use unsweetened if you are cutting back on sugar or you can use vanilla coconut milk for a sweeter flavor with a bit of vanilla flavor.  You can also use light coconut milk or full-fat coconut milk.

Can I add anything else to this starbucks pink drink copycat?

You can use the freeze-dried strawberries or fresh, add frozen dragon fruit or chunks of coconut, you can totally make this your own.

Where Can I Find Freeze-Dried Strawberries?

Most grocery stores carry them now! Look near the dried fruit or snack sections. You can also grab them on Amazon. If you’re in a pinch, sliced fresh strawberries totally work too, but the freeze-dried ones give that iconic look.

How Much Does It Cost to Make?

Way less than Starbucks! I buy a big bottle of juice and a carton of coconut milk for under $7 total—and I can get about 6–8 drinks out of that. Add in some freeze-dried strawberries and ice, and it’s easily under $1 per cup.

Make It a Party Drink!

This recipe is super easy to scale. Mix it up in a big pitcher for:

  • Baby showers

  • Birthday parties

  • Summer BBQs

  • Girls’ night in

You can even label it “Pretty Pink Punch” for a fun spin!

INGREDIENTS

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Sweetened coconut milk – This gives the drink its creamy texture and tropical flavor. You can use vanilla coconut milk for extra sweetness, or unsweetened if you’re trying to cut sugar.

  • White cranberry strawberry juice – This is the magic ingredient. It gives the drink its sweet-tart fruity base and that signature pink color. Look for brands like Ocean Spray. If you can’t find the exact one, any strawberry-based juice blend will work.

  • Freeze-dried strawberries – These are the finishing touch! Not only do they add that authentic Starbucks look, but they infuse the drink with extra strawberry flavor as they soften. You can also use fresh strawberries if you have them.
