Hey guys!!!  So here is a not so big secret my husband is the biggest Captain America fan in the world!!!  We own like every Captain America piece of memorabilia made, every action figure, movie poster, movie, t-shirt, he even has a Capt tattoo.  So we are always first in line at the theater to see the Captain America movies.  When the first one was released on DVD I made a special snack when we sat down to watch it at home for the first time and I knew I wanted to make another special snack for the DVD release of The Winter Soldier.

What is a more perfect movie snack than everyone’s favorite candy M&Ms®.  They are so perfectly poppable and easy to share they make the an easy movie snack.  I tested these yummy treats out this weekend when we had a Marvel movie bash and watched all our favorite Marvel movies in anticipation of the winter solider.

When you are at Walmart picking up all your favorite Marvel movies make sure you grab plenty of M&Ms for movie snacking and to make these awesome shields!

I’m going to show you how to make an easy perfect movie snack that highlights the movie.  So everyone knows Capt is known for his shield so I took rice crispy treats and cut them in circles and used M&Ms® and white chocolate chips to make little Captain America shields.

These are a huge hit and so easy to make plus they taste amazing thanks to all those yummy M&Ms®.

So how excited are you for the DVD release of The Winter Soldier.  We are sooooo excited and can’t wait.  We loved loved loved it when we saw it in the theater and are pumped to watch it at home with these awesome rice crispy shields.
