- Mayonnaise- Now you can use any mayo you like but I suggest Duke’s, it’s my favorite!
- Yellow mustard- The yellow mustard pairs perfectly with the pickle flavor.
- Paprika- I love a little paprika sprinkled on my egg salad.
- Salt and pepper- To taste
- Worcestershire sauce- I add worcestershire sauce to my egg salad and deviled eggs, it just adds such a great little flavor.
- Dill pickle juice- A little dill pickle juice to the dressing really bumps up that pickle flavor.
- Fresh dill- Fresh dill adds a great great picklely flavor to this egg salad.
How to make this Dill Pickle Egg Salad:
- Roughly chop the eggs and add to a large bowl.
- Add the dill pickles and scallions.
- In a mixing bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, black pepper, salt, worcestershire sauce, dill pickle juice and fresh dill.
- Add the dressing into the egg mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Cover, refrigerate and chill for an hour before serving.
How To Store: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Ingredients
- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- ¼ cup scallions
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Instructions
