- Mini dill pickles- I like to use the mini pickles but you can use any pickles you like.
- Red onion- Red onion is perfect in this salad but you can use white onion, scallions or even leave out the onion if you don’t like it.
- Mayonnaise- Use a good quality mayo here, I prefer Duke’s
- Sour cream- This helps lighten the dressing. You can also use low fat sour cream or greek yogurt if you like.
- Pickle juice- The dill pickle juice helps add flavor to the dressing.
- Fresh dill- Adds the perfect pickle flavor and freshness to the dressing.
