UPS #WishesDelivered
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of UPS. All opinions are 100% mine.
Hey yall!! The holiday season is upon us and that means wish lists are a mile long! Well this season UPS has a new #WishesDelivered campaign going on and it is amazing!!
UPS has long been the deliverer of wishes. The UPS workers are out there in the cold and snow making sure your wishes get to their destination. That knock on the door that delivers the gifts from grandma is the perfect example of a wish delivered.
You can submit your wish for someone else, tis the season of giving and charity and I know there someone in your life who could use a wish come true, tell us about them. What is your wish for that person?
Here is the best part! For every wish submitted with the hashtag #WishesDelivered, UPS will donate $1 to one of their charity partners (Salvation Army, Boys & Girls Club or Toys for Tots) up to $100k! That should get everyone in the holiday spirit of giving!
Now I want to share with you something amazing UPS has done.
UPS has helped deliver 1000s of books to children in Malawi. It was the wish of Mary Singletary, President of the U.S. National Council of Women. She wished to be able to send these books, books that would otherwise be shredded, to the children, but shipping them over seas was almost impossible. But thanks to UPS Mary’s wish has been delivered. This was such a powerful video as I am a huge advocate of reading and I was just overjoyed to see Mary’s wish be delivered and all those books delivered in the hands of those children who enjoy reading them so much. It was such a heartwarming video, please check it out below.
You can submit your wish to UPS What’s your wish? by posting your wish on Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #WishesDelivered, or you can just head on over to UPS.com/wishes What’s your wish? and submit there. #WishesDelivered site But you should really do it on social media so we can get as many hashtags as possible so we can get those donations! (November 10th 2014 through December 31st 2014)
So get in the holiday spirit and submit your wish for someone and while doing that feel good knowing that by sharing your wish with the hashtag #WishesDelivered automatically donated $1 to a great charity!
