Hey guys!!!! So by now I think most of us are smack dab in the middle of the back to school rush. This time of year can be challenging as we are all trying to adjust and settle into a new routine.

Bed times need to be earlier, so dinner needs to be earlier which can be a struggle!

I want to put some delicious that everyone will eat on the table, but I want to do it quickly!!

When I was shopping at Walmart this week I came across The Good Table® (find them next to the breadcrumbs). Flavorful little kits of sauce and coating to make delectable fish, chicken and pork dinners. Oh yes! These will definitely help get a flavorful meal on the table in no time!

Each flavor lookedsooyummy! I can’t wait to try their Parmesan Herb, Lemon & Herb and Crunchy Thai Peanut but for tonight I chose Southwestern Tortilla for our dinner.

Each package comes with a scrumptious sauce you coat your protein in and then a crunchy coating to really amp up the flavor!

I love these kits because the sauce and coating are so full of flavor you don’t need to do anything else, just serve with a side dish and dinner is done!

Let me show you how easy and quick it is to make these Southwestern Tortilla Chicken Tenders so you can put some excitement on the plate!

Just slice your chicken into strips and coat in the sauce, then the breadcrumbs.

Voila! That was it, so easy huh!?!

Now you just pop them on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.

Now you have crispy, crunchy, slightly spicy perfect chicken tenders!

Since I save so much time I have a little extra time to work on my side dishes. I serve these up with simple cheesequesadillasand a side salad. Thereyago! Dinner done in 30 minutes.

Not only is this dinner fast and delicious but you can feel good about serving this to your family you can use it to bring smiles to the table!
