S’mores Pudding Pops
Hey yall! Dean had surgery last week so I need to stock my fridge and freezer with lots of cold treats to soothe him and what better way than to make some S’mores Pudding Pops! He will love them because of the marshmallows (his fav) and the fact that they taste like s’mores! I love them because they are easy to make and I like the added calcium in such a tasty treat!
Dean of course loved them and they made him feel better (chocolate make everything better!) I will definitely be making a few batches of these to keep on hand this summer.
These pudding pops could not be easier to make! You just take some chocolate pudding, make according to box directions (I used chocolate almond milk).
Then I added in some mini marshmallows (you can add more or less depending on your marshmallow love). I crunched up graham crackers and added them to the bottoms of dixie cups (perfect for pudding pops). I poured in the pudding, topped with teeny tiny marshmallows and a paper straw. Into the freezer they went for an agonizing 5 hours till set. Then you just peel off the paper cup and voila. Frozen S’mores on a stick yall!!!
They are a huge hit with kids (and with grown-ups if I do say so myself!)
So next time you have oh say 5 minutes whip up some of these S’mores Pudding Pops for your freezer! Yum!
