We love Halloween and while I have plenty of sweet Halloween recipes I am always looking for some spooky dinner ideas for Halloween.
These Halloween Mummy Pizzas are a perfect spooky dinner. Chicken, bacon and ranch get baked up on french bread and decorated with crescent roll strips to look like a mummy. These are as fun to make as they are to eat!
These are so delicious and fun, perfect for dinner after a night of trick or treating.
I like to make in these larger mummy shapes but you could make smaller pizzas using English muffins or bagels, whichever your family prefers.
We top these off with some black olive eyes but you can use anything to make the eyes, Mozerella balls or pepperoni would also work great!
I serve this with a little more ranch on the side for dipping and it is always a favorite for the Halloween season!

How to make Chicken Bacon Ranch Mummy Pizzas
- Full recipe below
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice your french bread in half and then slice each half horizontally so you have 4 pieces.
- Spread ¼ cup of the ranch dressing onto each piece of bread.
- In a large bowl mix together the cooked shredded chicken, both cheeses, the cooked crumbled bacon and the scallions.
- Mix to combine.
- Place the chicken mixture on each bread evenly.
- Next slice your crescent roll dough into strips.
- Place the crescent rolls strips onto the pizzas to resemble mummies.
- Place 2 sliced olives for the eyes on each one.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 15-18 minutes until golden.
- Serve with more ranch for dipping.

- Shredded cheddar cheese – You can use any cheese you like.
- Cooked bacon crumbled – You can use fresh cooked and crumbled bacon or microwave bacon.
- Scallions – These add a great pop of flavor!
- Crescent rolls – This is what makes up the mummy strips or mummy wrapping.
- Black olives – For the eyes.
