My grandma makes this wonderful recipe for beef tips that I just adore and it is soo easy you wont believe it, I didnt lol. You can add to this recipe by throwing in some peas, carrots, potatoes, turn it into a stew whatever you want. I just added carrots because it what the picky eaters here prefer. This dish goes into the crockpot looking awful and comes out something completely different and wonderful. Three ingredients is all this takes, which is awesome for a busy mom like me. I serve this over rice, but it fabulous over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
- 3 pounds stew beef
- 1 can cream of onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
That’s it!!!! Crazy huh?!?
Mix the two soups in the bottom of your crockpot, add the beef and stir.
Cover and let cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
Twenty minutes before eating throw in your peas or carrots.
Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
