Pumpkin Muffins with Cream Cheese Frosting

Hey guys!!! We are now getting into the busy season for my oven. It seems like every weekend I have something to bake for, Halloween, Thanksgiving, PTA Meeting, School Bake Sale. There is literally something every weekend that requires baked goods. Thankfully, I do not mind because I always rely on Pillsbury to help me with all my baking needs. They have come out with an awesome new product, Pillsbury™ Filled Pastry Bags! These things are fantastic!! I cannot tell you the amount of times that I have settled in to decorate a cake or cupcakes and realized the kids have gotten into my piping tips and lord knows where they have gone, probably into their playroom to serve as helmets for their action figures. And, of course, even if I do find my tips I never have any piping bags which leaves me to fight with resealable bags which leads to all the frosting popping out the top while I am piping, and it’s just a disaster!!
Also, how many times have your kids come to you around 7 p.m. to tell you there’s a bake sale tomorrow and suddenly you’re rummaging through the pantry in pajamas trying to see what you can make without having to go to the store or spend all night baking.
