Hot Fudge Brownie Cheesecake
Woot week 3 of our Copycat Series and I think it is becoming my favorite series of them all! I think we should do a copycat of our copycat series!!! (ok sorry it is way too late and I think I’ve had too much sugar, or not enough sleep, or both?)
Anywho I am sharing with you guys a delicious decadent cheesecake this week. This is a copycat of a cheesecake I used to get from The Cheesecake Factory, but I don’t think they have it anymore, so I made my own:)
Luscious cheesecake sits upon a rich brownie bottom and then gets a hot fudge bath with cherries and toasted almonds finishing the whole thing off. It is seriously the best cheesecake ever!
It is a rich one though so just a sliver will do ya. It is such an easy recipe since I use a boxed brownie mix, so you can whip this cheesecake up in no time and really wow your friends and family.

Is the brownie mix to be baked prior? I made the recipie and the brownie didn’t bake. Other than that it tasted good
I do not bake it before and it usually comes out almost cooked through but still very very fudgy. If you prefer a firmer crust I would prebake the brownie part for maybe 15 minutes before adding the cheesecake batter.
