- Provolone cheese- I like to use provolone but you can use your favorite cheese like cheddar cheese or pepperjack cheese, swiss cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Deli roast beef- You can use deli sliced roast beef, prepackaged roast beef lunch meat or even leftover roast beef.
- Dried parsley- This is optional, just adds a pop of color.
- Texas toast – The star of the show! I get it right in the freezer section of the grocery store, grab your favorite brand. Make sure to get the 8 count garlic bread toast.
Gather your ingredients.

- On a lined baking sheet place down the frozen texas toast.
- Lay half a slice of provolone on the center of each piece of bread.
- Place 3 slices of roast beef on each toast.
- Top with another half piece of provolone cheese.
- Top with dried parsley if you prefer, optional.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until melty.
- Serve with the au jus for dipping.
- Store the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
