Hey guys!! It is almost that time of year again! Back to school!! Already the stores are filling up with aisles of bookbags, pencils, and rainbows of folders!
I love this time of year. I love getting everything organized for the new school year and picking out new back to school gear. My kids may not be as excited about school starting again lol.
Of course, a big part about back to school is starting to pack lunches again. I also love packing school lunches, especially since I discovered these bento style lunch boxes.
There is not a lot of time to eat lunch during the school day and I found opening a bunch of baggies or containers took up too much of Dean’s lunch time, so these boxes are great!
I look for a box with lots of compartments, so I can be sure to fit in all my boys’ favorites for lunch. You can even use cupcake liners to make clean up later a breeze!
We have so much fun with these lunch boxes and I love putting a little themed twist to the lunches. It makes the school day a little more fun.
For the first day of school I packed this ABC pasta, some apple slices, pretzel sticks, a string cheese and I even had a spot for a treat.

I like keep these on hand for homework time. Any school work is easier with a delicious chewy snack!
