Hey guys!!! Yay!! It is finally getting chilly enough out to pull out the warm comforting dinners!
There is nothing better than coming in out of the crisp fall air full of swirling red and orange leaves and have a plate of warm comfort for dinner. That is the best part of fall! However, fall also brings on a busy season, school starting and prepping for the holidays, this can be a really busy time!
So I want to show you my trick to putting a delicious dinner on the table in no time. This dinner has minimal prep work if any and I only need a few ingredients which I always have on hand so this warm dinner is never out of reach.
Thanks to Campbell’s Sauces this busy mama can get a delicious dinner to my family in no time, and everyone will think I slaved in the kitchen when it really took just minutes! Now there are nights when I will get in the kitchen and cook up a storm but there are also nights where I am just too busy or too exhausted to function and that is where these Campbell’s Sauces come to the rescue! The flavorful sauce is already ready to go you just need to finish up a few steps and dinner is done!!
I love Chicken Cheese and Broccoli, they just go perfectly together. Campbell’s makes it so easy to create a dish with all those amazing flavors in no time with their Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Oven Sauce, yum!!
I always keep this one on hand because it is just so delicious (and easy!) The sauce is perfectly cheesy with a great broccoli flavor that all pairs well with some tender chicken and fluffy rice!
The instructions are just too easy! You cut up chicken, add to sauce, add frozen broccoli and bake! You can serve this over rice, over noodles or my favorite over baked potatoes, yum!!
This sauce is also versatile which I am going to show you know. The bag of the bag calls for 4 cups frozen broccoli but you can switch that up if you are feeling adventurous or if you are perhaps out of broccoli lol. The sauce already has great broccoli flavor so you can switch up and add a different veggie if you like! Try spinach, that would be amazing! Today I am making it with artichoke hearts, yumm!
So the instructions are sooo easy like I said earlier, just chunk up chicken, add to sauce and then add in your veggie of choice, I am going with the artichoke hearts (this is a good clean out the veggie drawer dinner ;)
Then just bake for 40 minutes! While it is baking you can make your rice, or noodles or potatoes, then voila a warm cheesy dinner is ready and it took you no time at all!
These Campbell’s Oven Sauces are perfect for us busy moms and I love to keep my pantry stocked with them and you should too! So next time you are the store keep your eyes open for Campbell’s new products and have yourself a delicious dinner in minutes!
