Mini Chicken Pot Pies
See how I made this easy and delicious meal with Campbell’s® Sauces as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars. #CampbellsSauces
Hey y’all!! Man it is getting so cold out there!! We are covered in ice! It is days like these that I want to put a nice warm comforting meal on the table. It is also days like these that I do not want to get out of the nest of quilts Dean and I have made on the sofa lol.
I have told you guys all about the amazing new Campbell’s® Sauces! They are a lifesaver on those busy, chilly winter days when all I want is a warm, comforting meal that doesn’t have me in the kitchen all day. There is minimal prep work if any and I only need a few ingredients which I always have on hand so a delicious dinner is never out of reach.
I’ve shown you their Skillet Sauce, their Oven Sauce and their Slow Cooker Sauce and each one has been absolutely delicious. I want to share with you one more recipe using these fabulous sauces.
Chicken Pot Pie is one of my favorite things to eat in the winter. There is nothing that warms you up faster than a hearty pot pie full of tender chicken, bright veggies all mixed in a creamy sauce with a flaky crust. Let’s face it though it is not the quickest meal to prepare. So when I saw Campbell’s® Chicken Pot Pie Oven Sauce I knew I could use it as a shortcut to make the most amazing Mini Chicken Pot Pies.
These Mini Pot Pies are perfect for a chilly day, they are a crowd pleaser, no kid can turn these down, they are just too cute! Served with a little side salad and dinner is reader in a snap!
I boiled 3 chicken breasts for this recipe but you can also take another shortcut by shredding up a store-bought rotisserie chicken.
Two cups of your favorite veggies mix with the chicken in this luscious creamy Campbell’s® Sauce to make an incredible filling.
Here comes another shortcut! I crack open a can of large canned biscuits and separate each biscuit into 2 biscuits.
I take one half and place in the bottom of the cupcake tin pressing it up the sides.
Spoon in some of that yummy filling.
Then top with the other half of the biscuit, kind of pushing it into the tin so it sticks to the bottom biscuit.
Now these just bake for about 15 minutes until the biscuits are brown.
That is it! Dinner is ready! How fast was that?!?
Now comes the best part…. eating these yummy pot pies!! Who can resist these buttery, flaky little pot pies filled with that tasty sauce, your favorite veggies and tender chicken, yum!!
I love having these Campbell’s® Sauces on hand. Each one is full of amazing flavor and help me get out of the kitchen fast while still providing a delicious meal to my family. Keeping my pantry stocked with these sauces ensures I am never more than a few minutes and few ingredients away from a fabulous dinner the whole family will love!

On those mini chicken pot pies, you say: Now these just bake for about 15 minutes until the biscuits are brown… but you never ANYWHERE say what TEMPERATURE to set your oven for?
Please advise. Thanks
Sorry about that, 350 is what temperature I baked them at.
