Hot Fudge Brownie with Cream Cheese Frosting for Two
Hey y’all!!! We are still fighting the flu over here and man it has been rough (and a little scary at times). This is the first day I have been able to drag my butt off the sofa to whip up some yummy treats to share with you.
Sooo Valentine’s Day is coming up and it is on a Saturday, woo!! Oh wait, I’m a mom that means there are no babysitters out there because they are all celebrating with their Valentines. I don’t mind though, spending Valentine’s Day snuggled up on the sofa with a new movie, a bowl of popcorn, my husband and a warm shared quilt is the perfection.
Just because we are staying home this Valentines doesn’t mean we won’t want our share of sinful over the top chocolate desserts but I don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen either. So I am sharing with you this impressive Hot Fudge Brownie for Two with cream cheese frosting.
This dessert takes a few shortcuts to make sure you can get in and out of the kitchen and back to the romance in no time.
Rich brownie is cut into 3 hearts which are then stacked with cream cheese frosting and drizzled with hot fudge sauce for a sexy dessert for two.
Bonus to this recipe is you will have leftover brownie which is perfect for topping vanilla ice cream for a treat for your little ones running around.
I used store bought brownie mix and hot fudge for this recipe, I did make the frosting, woot woot. So let’s get it on! Get on to the recipe I mean ;)
You can use smaller heart cookie cutters to make smaller individual versions.
