The J.M. Smucker Company to create some unique tips for using a new product and I wanted to share with you…
Hey guys! We are right in the middle of summer, the days are long and hot and the kids can get restless. I have a great idea for an easy way to brighten a day. Create a Sundae Fundae Bar!
Now you can make this ice cream bar any day but I like to take one night a summer and create this ice cream bar for dinner. It is something different, out of the ordinary and sure to make great memories with your kids.
It is so easy to pick up everything you need for your Sundae Bar at Walmart. They always have such a great selection of ice cream and a great variety of my favorite toppings from Smucker’s! My kids love the Magic Shell and I love the hot fudge and caramel sauces, yum!
To create this bar is simple, you just need ice cream, whipped cream, all your favorite Smucker’s toppings, sprinkle and cherries. I like to serve some honey roasted nuts as well to change things up a bit.
For a more grown up Sundae Bar you can add lots of things like yogurt covered raisins, pretzels, dried fruits. I find the kids gravitate more towards traditional toppings so that is what we will go with today. Sometimes a classic hot fudge sundae with sprinkles and a cherry on top can’t be beat.
I just set out all the toppings and pre-scoop the ice cream into bowls. You can do this ahead of time and keep the bowls in the freezer and just pull them out when needed.
The kids had such a great time with this Sundae Bar and they were so excited to have ice cream for dinner.
They loved how the Magic Shell instantly harden into a chocolaty shell.
I loved my sundae with lots of hot fudge and cherries, yum!
It is so easy for Smucker’s Toppings to turn an ordinary bowl of ice cream into something fun turning an ordinary day into a Sundae Fundae!
Oh, what a fun mom you are to have ice cream for dinner. I’m sure the kids loved it so much.
